    Mariah Crenshaw is a breast cancer survivor who underwent a life saving double mastectomy surgery in her twenties. Mariah shares how her experience with breast cancer and the removal of her breasts contributed to a new relationship with her femininity. Mariah is part of Marks of Majesty, a project where 7 breast cancer survivors & previvors share their varied perspectives and post-operative bodies, dismantling myths and misconceptions about breast cancer, while also giving voice and power to those whose stories have historically been overlooked.
