Varzaneh, a historical city, is located in the desert region of east Isfahan and 30 km from the international wetland "Gawkhoni". Varzaneh is the only Iranian city where women traditionally wear white tent since ancient times. Wearing a white tent is a lasting tradition among the women and girls of this city, which according to some historical evidence, this social covering has remained since the time of Zoroaster until now. And the whiteness of the women's tents has made this region sometimes called "the land of white-clad angels".
