    This project addresses population aging in Nuevo León with an inclusive residential model for the elderly. It features collaborative housing that fosters community interaction and family residences that provide a supportive environment with loved ones. Inspired by Mid-Century and Japandi styles, the design merges functionality, minimalism, and natural materials to create serene, welcoming spaces. Strategically located in a quiet, green area, this habitat enhances autonomy, well-being, and quality of life in the final life stages.
