Cosmic Garden Light Wall

This is a cosmic garden of hope where the energetic force of light defies omnipresent darkness. Composed of photographs of light illuminating fountains, some in fusion with water and others bursting out of the firework-lit sky, the light wall speaks of sustainable evolution, transition, renewal and inner strength. Designed for light-box production, this conceptual artwork also serves as a potentially uplifting source of luminotherapy to momentarily escape from the dark realities of the current geo-political and planetary state of the world.

Mercedes Parodi is a British photographic artist, based in London and in Aix en Provence, France, who uses light imagery to explore from a psychological and existential perspective humanistic themes relating to power, perception of reality, energetic forces, mindset, self-empowerment and wellbeing.
