    Facing the serious problem of community cats in China, we built a system design based on TNR. The system takes each community as a survival unit for community cats, which facilitates the management of community cats; optimises the catching process of the TNR, so that users can rescue community cats more easily; and the design also considers other stakeholders to solve the existing conflicts between people and community cats.
