    Concerning the connection between human beings and nature, the designer conceptually consolidates the four basic elements from nature into the design plan, which are flowing air, abundant sunlight, greenery plants and landscape. Motivated by the biological feature of gerridae with four stretching legs, the designer advocates four distinct architectural areas attaching to the main building. The structural invention embodying the modern and tradition factors delicately presents the exposed concretes on the façade of the building.
