Whatever will be will be

"Whatever will be will be" is a piece about creativity and its journey through different stages in life and how it may, or may not, develop. The installation is made from an old Swedish school bench and chair, standing on a mirror podium, "hiding" a painting/relief/intarsia of a clown (based on a drawing I did when I was 6 years old) made out of chewed chewing gums. Does the brilliance of childhood naivety and imagination fade away in school as you get older? Do all people have the same chance of keeping it throgh to adulthood? Well I did and this is my monument and manifestation for it and I hope it may bring out that same creativity in the people who see and experience it!
