    In Japan, where the number of nuclear families is increasing, there is a growing lack of community. Although IOT is progressing, there are fewer opportunities to interact with people. This time, in this subdivision, we created an opportunity to create a community that interacts with this subdivision by reconsidering the "Japanese terrace?engawa" gathering scene that was often seen in Japan in the past. In addition, by creating "Japanese terrace", consideration was given to countering global warming in the summer.
