    Recent renovations of utilities by the city and historic renovations by owners have expanded new business growth in this former industrial warehouse and manufacturing district. It has become the jewel of Dubuque with this arch, formerly used in many movies such as F.I.S.T., highlighting the now pedestrian-friendly area.

    Bob Felderman is an editorial and commercial photographer storytelling through images of people, places, and things along the backroads and river roads of the world. He has traveled and lived on many of the world's continents. Today, Felderman captures scenes not noticed in today's hectic and fast-paced lifestyles. Felderman is an award-winning artist who competes in local, national, and international exhibits. He is a retired US Army Brigadier General with a 36-year career in aviation, operations, and strategic planning.
