    VICI Properties is an entertainment REIT with a large portfolio of gaming properties that includes world-renowned Caesars Palace. For launch in the 2017 REIT market, a brand with impact, that paid homage to heritage as part of the Caesars Entertainment empire, was required. Strong classical influence combines with contemporary boldness in the typographic rendering of the name VICI (from a phrase attributed to Julius Caesar). The logo functions as a core foundational architectural element within a broader identity of elegant minimalism.
