    How might an object convey an institution’s expansion and potential, while creating an experience that is specific to that place? Mounted in the office’s central stairwell, people circulate around the object. The amorphous void draws the eye into and through it, engaging the mind to inhabit this space. Inspired by the leading paths and views through a slot canyon, the layers of acrylic create a play between density and transparency - the edges reflecting the light - to become an ethereal solid form. Over time, from different approaches and in changing light, the viewers rediscover the space.
