    Crossover Geometrically in Guangzhou: QUARTET OF ARCHITECTURE

    This is a community outreach art project held by Starbucks China. In this project, I played as an invited artist. Guangzhou is the birthplace of the ancient maritime Silk Road, has a glorious history of global trade for more than two thousand years. Therefore, I was inspired by the Western and Chinese culture that Guangzhou has and using 4 landmark architectures. I blended various kinds of textures, geometrical shapes to blur the boundaries of “conflicts” and “contradictory”, creating new graphic patterns to present cultural blending by collage.
