    The complex includes 9 villas on a land of 2,373 m2. The villas are 3-level buildings with a total of 216 to 275 m2. The ground floor includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace, 1/2 bathroom, a utility room, and vertical circulation with an interior garden. The first floor includes a master bedroom with a bathroom, dressing room and a balcony, and two secondary bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Each villa has a roof garden with an outdoor kitchenette. Finally, the complex amenities include a pool, garden, children's area, picnic area, outdoor gym, yoga area, sun deck and pet area.
