    Illustration for a picture book titled, The Fox and the Tooting Bear. This is a character education picture book for children aged 4 to 6. Topics such as friendship, communication, empathy, honesty, sincerity, cooperation, concession, courage, and consideration were discussed through storytelling so that infants can establish healthy relationships. This book shows the friendship between a little bear and a little fox in the colorful autumn forest.

    Bio
    Hitomi Sakabe, based in South Korea, is a graphic designer, visual artist, and educator. She has published 10 picture books and 2 books in collaboration with publishers like Design House and Woongjin Thinkbig. She holds a Doctorate of Design degree (DDes) from Seoul National University and currently serves as an assistant professor at the School of Design Convergence, Hongik University. Alongside her academic role, she is also the director of the Korea Society of Illustration Research (KSIR) and a member of the Japan Graphic Designers Association Inc. (JAGDA).
