    The after-effects of disaster render the affected community miserable and helpless. To promote the recuperation process and minimize the discomfort 'Carapace' was designed. It is a temporary housing unit for a post-disaster scenario. Designed to withstand extreme external pressures and support various terrain. The design allows flexibility as it is modifiable, quick, and easy to deploy and construct. The whole unit is a shelter kit, a package in itself consisting of assembly parts and basic supplies, to be deployed and assembled on-site. Follows Sustainable Development Goal No: 11
