    A house for sale consisting of three plots with a symbolic tree and wooden deck as the centerpiece. The community and private zones are clearly demarcated by the layout of the buildings and car spaces, and by the planting plan. The wooden deck under a large tree connects the three plots, allowing residents to interact with each other, while the private garden maintains a moderate sense of distance and allows residents to enjoy a calm time. By having two gardens that residents can use according to their mood, they can live at their leisure and nurture relationships with their neighbors.
