    This project involves the renovation of a 25-year-old, 186-square-meter penthouse in a residential complex. 3 successful siblings aim to provide their parents with a secure and comfortable home that meets the needs of the entire family. The design focuses on transforming the aged property into a new and bright space, preserving elevated areas and incorporating sleek lines for an extended visual perspective towards the outdoors. The strategic placement of windows determines the bedroom layout, utilizing transparent glass partitions to connect enclosed spaces with public areas.
