    The new Surat Municipal Corporation headquarters consolidates 39 departments in a sustainable G+27 high-rise, the tallest government building in India. Located centrally along the Ring Road, it features two towers rising from a G+4 podium, offering modern office spaces, recreational amenities & advanced smart technology. Designed for energy efficiency with passive climate strategies, green walls, solar PVs, and rainwater harvesting, the project integrates with the urban fabric through well-coordinated access, including a skywalk and helipad, creating a future-ready, iconic landmark for Surat.
