relationship between social media and inner order.
Social media has caused me to lose control over time
and attention, leading to a sense of helplessness.By
fragmenting knowledge and stimulating the brain's
reward system, social media prompts thoughts to
continuously leap from one piece of information to the
next, seeking pleasure and excitement, even though this
knowledge is merely commodified merchandise.
