SMALL ROOM / SMALL GREEN

This is a renovation of collective housing in Osaka. The small space is filled with natural light. Refreshing wind going through the inside. Flowing clouds and flying birds are reflects on the glossy floor. As time has passed, a white space is dyed by various color of sky. Several handmade flowerpots made of concrete are displayed inside. Warped shape. Simple texture. Small plants are dissolving in daily life. Trains and cars. Moving crowds. Voice of the children who echo far. Various tone of city is passing in the peaceful interior. I want residents to enjoy a small life in the city while feel a touch of nature.

JAM. is the proceeded and shared style design team which is founded by Jun Murata, is programmed in 2012. His various creative design works are based on the knowledge cultivated by the experience of practical architecture, the method of the architectural education, and various experiences of design trips abroad. The main range of the his design activities are the fields of Living Space, interior, Architecture, Landscape and Photograph - and it will probably be expanded to Installation, Graphic, Furniture and Industrial design, etc.
